My right foot had been bothering me for years, I think 2-3 yrs. The right side of the bottom of my right foot hurts so much I can't walk flat. When I stretch my toes, I also feel the pain coming from the side, its like its connected. Even when I'm lying on bed I also feel the pain. Also by just touching the sides of my foot and the bottom part I still feel the pain. I needed to support myself by holding to near tables, and chairs to stand and walk.
I've been experiencing the pain for years, tho there were times the pain will go away, especially if i massage my foot, stretch it and rotate it counter clockwise and clockwise but when doing this, I'm experiencing so much pain. After many months, the pain will return again. I think one of the main reason is when my foot gets wet or absorbed cold.
I was an athlete before, doing taekwondo, there was a time I injured my right foot by twisting it, maybe that's the reason I have pain like this on my right.
Right now I'm in so much pain, I've already tried rotating my foot and stretching it but the pain just do't go away. I thought that this was a Plantar Fasciitis but I needed more information from you guys. PLEASE SEND HELP
