I am a late start for my birth control Trinessa, as in I start the Sunday after my period following the placebo pills. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the pharmacy closed at 6 and forgot to pick up my prescription on time. I had unprotected sex Sunday morning the day I was supposed to start my new pack. I did go to the pharmacy the next day and got the pack and took the one I missed Sunday at around 1pm on Monday when I normally take them at 8pm. And still took the one for Monday evening as well. My concern is if I needed to take Emergency contraception to cover what happened on Sunday if I started my pack about 18 hours late?
