So, last week it was my fertile window of the month, and I had sore two breast: one on the left felt and still feels a bit stiffer than the other.
Both are sore in the inner part, left breast- right to nipple and right breast- left to nipple (hope that makes sense). When I put muscle ointment it helped a bit but when I press the nipples it's still a bit sore and feels stiffer. Is it normal? Should i worry?
There is no discharge or rash like stains on my skin.
As for my nipples: they are sometimes flat and sometimes out, is that normal? I don't think that they are inverted (like, inside). Just kinda flat.
