So, I saw this article today about a 70-year-old mother who is caring for a 3-year-old child. I think it's great as long as she's made provisions in the event of her passing. I can understand why this isn't a popular view. How does someone who may be dealing with his or her own health issues adjust to the rigors of parenting? But doesn't a 70-year-old have a lifetime of experiences and knowledge she can pass along to her child?
