First of all, it regulated my cycle. I was no longer bleeding for days and days. I wasn’t weak anymore, and I had a schedule, just like we all function better if we have a schedule. My body finally had a schedule to it. There it was back on track, and so my mind was also back on track, and I was just able to think more clearly. And I haven’t had a panic attack since, and I can’t think of any other reason why, other than it has to be hormone replacement therapy because they are real. You feel like you are going to die from the panic attack alone, and my body just was regulated and back on track, and so I don’t know. I just don’t know how it worked with me, but it did. For me, it worked.
