Sinus Problems: What Are Your Symptoms?

Hi, I am Sue and I have been dealing with sinus issues. I have been dealing with them since I moved to Arizona in 1998; didn’t have them before in Michigan, and I have done all sorts of remedies and gone to all sorts of doctors. I do sprays. I do ZYRTEC®. I do a variety of different things and yet, like in the past few nights I have been waking up coughing for about 20 minutes and I am up usually for an hour trying to get it to calm down so that I could go back to sleep.

So I am wondering if anybody has some ideas of how I can deal with this and stop the coughing and stop the watery eyes and stop the nose and all of that from affecting my life all the time.
