Dr. Shaw:

SmartLipo™ is the latest advance in liposuction techniques. It involves laser technology to not only melt the fat, but also tighten the skin above those areas, excellent in areas where there’s looseness. In the past I never had an option for loser skin and the Laser Lipolysis or the SmartLipo™ now gives me an option to be able to tighten. I have seen excellent results in the areas of the abdomen, upper arms, and neck.

The newest advance in liposuction or SmartLipo™ is, involves MPX technology, which now has two wavelengths. The older machine just had one wavelength, the 1064 at lower wattages, where the new MPX device sold to plastic surgeons involves two wavelengths; one that melts fat effectively or the 1064 or the 1320 which acts to heat water molecules and actually shrink and better effectively tighten the skin.
