I have Had Plantar Fasciitis for almost six years. I am a daily runner and, I also run in marathons. It devastated me when I acquired PF and couldn't run anymore. I have had cortisone injections in both of my feet and even went through surgery. The podiatrist cuts my fascia in order for it to grow back, however, I was left in pain. I've tried night splints and all of the stretches. Nothing seemed to work, so I began researching.
