Hello ,my name is irene and i'm 56 years old , i learned some time ago that i'm a diabetic , i have copd ,rheumatoid arthritis and high blood pressure . I've been dealing with this because i've been unable ;(due to no insurance), to receive proper medical care ,but i have been buying over the counter inhalers for my breathing .However, now they don't seem to be helping as much.
