hello im jacquelyn gonzales from phx az. i have five children and have anxiety and panic attacks.....right now as i speak i'm havn a hard time consintrating on me cant breathe my chest is tight i'm gonna die is my heart gonna stop ....i'm going crazy i have had anxiety and panic attacks since i was little about 10 yrs old from a traumatic accident where i got the wind knocked out of me couldn't breathe then about 3yrs ago panic up in springer ville its just little things that can cause it like stress with kids losing my father on mothers day,being a mother in general ,y sythoms are chest gets tight back start to hurt i get sick to my stomach a headache,my fingers will stifen up its scary i rather lose a finger then too have an anxiety attack or panic attack...please ask questions and lets relate too our anxiety an over come them....i took zoloft and colozapam i felt like a failure but it was the best thing for me and im glad i went threw with it.its changed y life for the better...
