I was born with a sensitive nature and neither my parents nor I knew how to deal with it. Then, when I was 18, I was in a bad car accident that really sent my health on a downhill slide. At first, I looked for answers from medical doctors but quickly got really frustrated because I wasn’t getting any answers or help. Fortunately for me, an early introduction to herbs and nutritional health got me interested in a holistic health path, which gave me answers I wasn’t finding from the medical establishment.
More than 25 years later, I’ve successfully overcome chronic fatigue, back and neck pain, headaches, terrible PMS and monthly cramps, horrible environmental and food allergies, bronchitis and asthma, depression, weight issues, food addictions/binge eating, adrenal fatigue, anxiety, sleep problems, skin problems, and edema, just to hit the “highlights”. And I’ve helped others overcome their health challenges, too.
The experience and education I’ve gained searching for answers to my own health challenges make it possible for me to help you find answers to yours. I’ve read hundreds of books and tried so many different programs, supplements, ways of eating, exercises, and healing philosophies that I can help you figure out which things will create benefits for you. I’ll explain how they work, how to use them, where to get them, what they did for me (and my family and friends) and why I like them. And I’ll do it without any mysticism or religion attached, in a way that’s easy to understand and use in your own life.
