I have a problem with high blood pressure (controlled the last 15 or so years w/meds) since I my first pregnancy. I am semi-active, with a weight problem. I also suffer w/acid reflux, deficiency of D3, and osteoarthritis, a bad combination - the acid reflux requires meds which depletes the magnesium. My legs giive me lots of problems, especially the muscles.
