every time i do excerise it makes me limp for a day or so , it doesnt get any worse but does not go away any ideas? it is the same leg which ive been having hamstring problems with?

i had torn my hamstring palying football about 4 months ago,i then used a tubalar grip on it which allowed me to play but then my knee started to play up so i took support off + hamstring + knee have been fine,but i keep getting a pain in bottom of foot?
