Great quote!! Doing it is another story. I can tell you that words like this were foreign to me at one point in my life. And it is at that point in your life that you make a decision to either live your life in the past or live your life in the future. I chose the latter and I never looked back. Everyone has challenges. My personal challenges became my biggest awakening. For close to 20 years I spent my professional life helping others in the workplace. Whether it be employee relations or workplace conflict, I dedicated my life to helping others. However during that same time, I was suffering and in turmoil on the inside. I had met the love of my life and what we thought would be the natural next steps of starting a family never took off. I struggled with having children and spent ten of those years exploring every medical option possible to make our dream a reality. Between years of multiple IVF, IUI, acupuncture, and fertility injections, I broke down emotionally to the point I felt I could not continue to lead this life of disappointment any longer.
I knew that my body had failed me but I vowed that I would not let my mind do the same. I used my ferocious appetite for research and learning to determine how to eventually breakthrough and discover the fire that burned deep inside me. Love and compassion had held me together during those difficult times and I knew I would use this life experience to empower others with my own unique practice focused on supporting the needs of women.
I now live my life by my own personal design, with explosive energy, and laser-sharp focus. Today, I am an energetic New York based peak performance coach dedicated to helping women. I am an expert in personal development and behavioral analysis with 20+ years of experience directing employee relations programs at the corporate level. Based on the premise that most people can achieve their goals if properly guided, consider me your personal advocate for change, assisting you in the process of taking the life-improving actions necessary to take control of your life, your personal relationship, and your future.
