I am a woman who is going through menopause with the aid of plant based hormones. So far so good! I am open to new direction and options though- I think this site will provide wonderful secrets- to aging better and growing older gracefully- if we all help each other. Although I wouldn't want to be 21 again (truthfully!) I do want to maintain my mind and body as best I can. Do I have some sister's out there?
