I spent most of my late teens and early twenties as an unhealthy vegetarian. It has been in the past 3 years I made a huge commitment to improving my health. I completely changed my diet (still vegetarian), began exercising regularly, and have lost a total of 65lbs. As a master's level therapist and clinical psychology doctoral candidate, I firmly believe in the mind-body connection and feel it important to take care of myself so I can better help others.

It has been like that forever. Should I be concerned?
