Without sounding gloatful, I have relatively great health. I was skinny up to my late forties, and well it gets us all. So, I am beginning to be a choosy eater instead of a picky eater. I like to take part in many different activities, so I stay probably busier than most with my lifetyle. I am working on my Masters of Science in Psychology, so I spend a lot of time at the computer, which does not help with the snacking. I have to tear myself away with activities that motivate me.
