I am 44 with a 21 year old, I feel really bad because he keeps asking for a brother or a sister, but I have not explained to him that I cannot naturally have more children because I have had 2 ectopic pregnancy. I have since met this lovely man and was hoping we could start a family. Do you think I am too old and can I still have a baby without my tubes. I have read numerous responses to this similar question, but is IVF the only option as this can prove very expensive.
