Christen is a happily married transgender woman who has held much of who she truly is inside of her for much of her life. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to see and to interact with the world from the perspectives of two genders but realized only in recent times, the medical condition which existed and created the disparity between mind and body. I am finally finding happiness and contentment by aligning the two but know that there are many issues which face individuals who attempt the same. Advancements in medical research science have made clear that the variance is in fact real, but society has yet to fully catch up.
