I am a rather young woman (33) that has a real sense of desire to learn and try to stay as healthy as possible. At the young age of 29 I had an experience and doctors told me I had breast cancer, after weeks of test only to learn I didn't. Breast cancer runs in my family, I have a aunt that has had a masectomy and my mom has had B9 lumps removed as well. In addition to this the stress wore on me horribly and I also encountered high blood pressue /hypertension at 29. I was in denial for quite some time before I realized it was important to choose to live and to live right before I took the steps to take care of that issue. I continue to be aware of my health and always look for ways to make small lifestyle changes that will help me overall.
