I am soon to be 48, I am happily married to my husband Marc we just celebrated our 23rd anniversary.We have two children Jordan is 22 and Olivia is 19. I am an Aesthetician and Nail tech.
My love is Running. Not even thing more then I truly enjoy it! I have done 2 19K's this year and next weekend will compete in my last for this season before the conditions worsen and I hurt myself. Heavens Forbid!
I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago but still have my ovaries. I am beginning to feel some signs of menopause and am on a low does of cenestin. I want to continue to be the best I can be for myself and my family. I am so excited to have found this website because knowledge is power and I want to be Empowered! : )
