DCIS stage 0, metastisis 0, nodes 0, grade 3 11/5/08. Stereotactic biopsy, lumpecomy failed, sentinal node biopsy, mastectomy with expander, implant inserted with contralateral breast mastopexy and mastoplasty, reconstruction leaked silicone in 3 1/2 weeks, explantation, latissimus dorsi flap, 3 weeks later MRSA, debridement, explant expander, scar movement surgery move lat dorsi flap to cover scar and ribs, acromiotomy and rotator cuff tears debrided from inbalance due to surgeries. Last surgery 8/26/10.
