i am new to this cite. was having problems eating and getting sick so I have been on a gluten free diet for a month. got very sick when dining out and am still suffering after a couple of days, I would appreciate any input from anyone with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, not really getting it yet. so hard. help!!!
