I am proud to be a ten-year survivor of stage IV breast cancer. I was diagnosed at the age of 26. I am the author of "Letters to Sydney: Every Day I am Killing Cancer" which shares my journey through treatment. Along with conventional medicine I used exercise, nutrition, prayer, and visualization to take on the cancer. My goal is to empower women to be actively involved in their own journey and to inspire healthcare providers to make an impact with positive actions and words.
