for past few months i ve been having unregular periods, they last for two full days then stop and start up again but really really light. plus having lots of blood clots in the first two days. ive been really constipated for a couple of months, somedays my boobs get a weird sensation and get tingly. also get nauseous almost everyday but nothing comes up. get cramps all month long and its helps when i rest before doing my daily routines.
