Hi there, my name is Joan and I write a blog called The Ketogenic Diet for Women. Before I found the keto diet I was overweight and addicted to sugar and carbs. I had trouble with acne, my energy levels were through the floor and I had mood swings every day. Since cutting out sugar and dramatically cutting down on carbs I have lost 30lbs and I feel and look a million times better!
