I am a Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in Pre & Postnatal Massage & Wellness. I am a mother and found great empowerment through staying healthy and active throughout my pregnancy. I struggled through my postpartum recovery and found a passion for helping other mothers through this tough transition into MamaHood.

I have a blog that I use as a resource for my mamas and clients to reference when they have questions or concerns about the experiences they are going through.
Our purpose is to give women the tools to achieve a holistic prenatal and birth experience so that her postpartum recovery can be an empowering transition into motherhood.
