I always feel extra hungry after I go to the gym (which unfortunately is not very often), I know it is because i have burnt calories and my body wants them back but I need to eat less to stop ...

Since finishing school 3 years ago i have gained about 10 kilograms (about 22 pounds). I know by biggest problem is over eating but when I am not bust at work or in class at Uni I always feel hungry, How can I make myself feel less hungry?
