I am 52 & hate menopause which is a bit funny as I really like not having periods . I exercise close to six days a week & I believe this plays a big part in my weight control,stress and not generally falling apart. I have a wonderful supportive husband and children. I just wish I was better for my husband (if you know what I mean) . I always try really hard for my symptoms to not effect anyone but me and laugh a bit more & I think this helps my family to understand it a bit better. You think you are the only one going through all this & that you suffer the most so it is so important to be able to read someone else's life stories in all this.
