i will like to know what you could and cannot eat when you have diabetes....

i hav not gotten my perid in 3 months my last period was on april 2 2009 its now july 5 2009 i been spotting evry time im suppose 2 get my period lil bit of cramps but no period took 4 pregnancy ...
