I have had high blood pressure for years, and I had noticed some pressure in my chest so when I had my checkup I told my dr. he sent me to a heart doctor, stress test and echo were done and I have been told I have a stiff heart.

stress test and echo confirmed stiff heart now I am on three diffrent meds Im only 49 years old and scared to death and very upset I don't know what to tell my kids.
