I was diagnosed with Anal cancer in early 2009. Chemo and Radiation didn't seem to work, so had a colostomy in Dec.,2009. My cancer doesn't define me, BUT, I am now a "educator" to anyone I can! I always tell people to NEVER let a Dr. tell them they "probably have hemorrhoids" and to insist on a colonoscopy.
