Patricia A Grace

Patricia has dedicated her career assisting the elderly and their caregivers to access reliable and accurate information on senior services and care. She spent several years studying the impact of caregiver stress in the workplace. Ms. Grace pioneered the concept of eldercare as a work/life issue; including offering eldercare as a workplace benefit. In 2005 she launched Aging with Grace a national Eldercare Assistance Program. Patricia structured Aging with Grace to embody uniqueness in its understanding of the various and at times competing, in its understanding of the needs of the employer, caregiver, senior, as well as the senior care provider.
Under her leadership the Aging with Grace Client base grew to include Aetna Medicare, CA School Employees Association, USI Affinity, American Seniors Association, The Alliance for Retired Americans and NBBI, list is not complete. In addition, Aging with Grace amassed a national provider network to include, Sunrise Senior Living, Emeritus Senior Living, Brandywine Senior Living, Genesis Healthcare, Holiday Retirement, Bayada Home Health, Arcadia Health Services and VITAS, list is not complete.
Ms. Grace is a popular national speaker on issues related to working caregivers. She provides content on issues related to eldercare, caregiver stress and long term care for ProducersWeb.com. Since 2009 she has been the National Senior Care Examiner for Examiner.com and was the host of the radio program, Aging with Grace on BTR from 2006 – 2011.
Patricia has been a frequent guest on local and national radio and television (ABC, NBC and Comcast).

Patricia is actively involved in community and non- profit organizations such as the SHRM, American Society on Aging, WIFS and NAWBO. Grace was a finalist for the 2007 Business Forum Award by the American Society on Aging. In 2008 Patricia was appointed to The Round Table Group, a pre-eminent consortium of consulting experts. Ms. Grace was recognized as a National Leader in Eldercare in 2009. She was appointed in 2010 to the Advisory Council; Office on Aging, Commonwealth of PA., Montgomery County, PA. Patricia's latest appointment is to the National Small Business Political Alliance.
