thought i was generally healthy until aug 10 when i extruded a disc in my back....been out of work ever since:( 3 epidural steroid injections later, drs decided surgery was not in my future, so now im in pt and doing my best to heal on my own and return to work and a normal life. been to the brink of hell and im on my way back!
