Trying to be the best possible as far as healthy eating and supplements. I do have high blood pressure and cholesterol, Vitamin Deficiency's. I have to take a B12 shot one time a week and prescription D 50,000 a week. A few years ago I became very ill and found that it was vitamin related so I'm very careful on nutrition. I have recently started Shakeology and I'm loving it, lots of energy and a proper diet.
