Tn. Lady

I am 69 years old. My Estrogen level is 15, and I had 0 on progesterone and testosterone. I have total dryness in the vaginal area. This greatly affects the bladder and urethea. I am desperate, I have IC, but the Urologist refused to put me on any hormones, even thought he said the IC was a result of not having the normal amount of hormones in my system. I had a total hystorectomy at 37. What should I do?
