Maybe I hadn’t looked after them, doing enough cardio. I did think that. Maybe I needed to do more exercise to help the blood flow through my body. So I was looking into other ways of increasing my health, but then I thought it needed to be looked at too by an expert. There’s only so much we can do without consulting an expert.
