Candida recalls if yoga eased her pain caused by varicose and spider veins before she had them medically treated.

Candida:
Oh definitely, definitely. The restorative yoga postures, say the legs up the wall and some of the, and all the inversions, back-bend, plough, really helped with all that accumulation of blood that was happening in the legs because the blood couldn’t, wasn’t been pumped properly around the body, so it had a tremendous effect. I always felt good after a yoga class.

For a while when it was really bad just before getting the treatment done in the winter, last winter, I would do that every night, put my legs up on the wall because I really couldn’t, I was having trouble sleeping. It was throbbing on my legs at the end of a long day on your feet running around all day. So yoga definitely helped.
