Know What Actions Will Lead to Success and Carry Them Out with Confidence

Eat enough calories to allow your basal metabolic rate to increase and spend more calories at rest (no starvation must be allowed). Make sure that your protein intake represents 15% to 20% of your total daily caloric intake. It's better to exercise two hours a week for the rest of your life than to exercise every day for only four or five months.
