Crystal Dwyer has devoted herself to helping women who have issues about their weight whether past or present, find freedom and self-acceptance. These issues are complicated by what Crystal calls "messy thinking".

Crystal knows from her own experience how messy thinking can cause pain and confusion in a woman's life. She learned some key principles that have helped her to gain control of her own life. Now she is sharing these principles with other women.

Crystal Dwyer:
There are three very common beliefs and I call them flawed beliefs that most women carry when they have had weight issues or they struggle with weight. The first one is, even after they lost weight, “I am really a fat person disguised as a thin person.” And they are just sort of doing going, ”I hope that fat person doesn’t pop out again.”

The second flawed belief that they have is commonly, they really believe that they have some sort of flawed set of genes. The third flawed belief that is pretty universal for women is that they have disdain for their bodies. They really hate their bodies. They tell themselves, and they’ve told themselves for a long time, “I am ugly. I am fat,” and, you know, our bodies, our minds are infinitely powerful and create our circumstances. So, if we carry those flawed beliefs it’s almost impossible to have success in our weight loss.

The reason hypnotherapy works so well with weight loss is that we are able to go in and address all of those buried flawed beliefs that women have carried forever. We shift those and change those and introduce new, positive, supportive beliefs that will actually help a woman going forward create a beautiful, healthy, fit, slim version of herself. And that’s not about a particular size; it’s just about being, you know, loving her body, honoring her body, getting rid of the trash, and flawed, you know, the “messy thinking” and just really being affirming to herself and supportive in her habits, what she does. Really, it’s really about honoring herself, and all of that can be so beautifully introduced through hypnosis.
