Hi Lolita
Pain is not usually the first sign of breast cancer. Lots of things can cause breast pain. If you are concerned, see your health care provider.
The only way to definitively diagnose cancer is by biopsy. Before a biopsy you would have a physical exam, mammogram, possible ultrasound or MRI depending on mammogram results.
