While undergoing chemotherapy, skin care needs are very different than they were. Makeup should be full coverage with an SPF of between 8 and 12.

Use sunblock rather than sunscreen for greater skin care protection. If you don't use sunblock your skin will get darker pigmentation, and you'll already be dealing with darker pigmentation from the radiation. While undergoing chemotherapy, use between 20 and 30 SPF outside for greater skin care protection.
Witch hazel is the best toner to use because it doesn't contain alcohol. If you had acne, your skin will produce less oil while undergoing chemotherapy, so you'll have less acne.

Your moisturizer should contain collagen. A night moisturizer during the day will keep your skin from feeling so dry.
Do a home facial twice a week. If you enjoy that, you may want to do it two or three times a week .
