Susan do you have a family history of breast cancer?
Susan:
I do. My mom’s mother was diagnosed when my mom was 14 and she died in the 50s before I was born, and also my mom’s sister was diagnosed about two or three years before I was, and she is doing well now, but yes, family history, and I have sisters, daughter, and nieces. So I did have the genetic testing done; that might be something people are wondering too. I had the genetic testing done and it did come back negative, which was surprising, but that does not mean that there are still not, you know, a family correlation. It just means that of the two genes that they know of that are genetic, I do not have either of those genes, but I do still think there is a family link.
