The only way you could possibly be pregnant is if you had unprotected sex sometime during your ovulation period after your last period.

You said you've relocated, have a new job and are going to the gym regularly. Major changes can definitely disrupt your body's rhythms. If sex isn't in the picture since your last period in April, chances are you're just experiencing stress.

One thing you can do to ease your mind is a home pregnancy test. These days, and as long as you follow the instructions carefully, they can be pretty accurate. But, they're just a preliminary indicator, not failsafe, and you should always consult your doctor. Have you found a doctor where you're living now?

Now, I'm going to speak to you as a mom of a young adult female (in her 20's) - if you're going to be so freaked out about getting pregnant, then, for pity's sake, don't compromise yourself. There's absolutely nothing wrong with self control and holding out for the right guy. Your self worth is more valuable than hormones.
