Thanks so much for writing back; I've found a couple things I hope might help you.

Check out this San Antonio clinic for the working uninsured:

Here's one "find a clinic" page where you can put in your city, state and zip code and it will bring up names of healthcare clinics in your area. One caution, though: While they should all accept non-insured patients, it looked to me like some were insurance-only:

And I know Austin is about 90 minutes away from you, but this might be one of your best bets:

http://www.austinpcc.org/

If you are interested in them, you might call and ask if they see patients from your county. If they say no, ask them who they would refer you to in Bexar County.

I hope those are a few first steps for you. I'm going to keep notes on this and keep looking.
