You do have a chance of pregnancy, as anytime you miss pills it decreases the effectiveness rate of the pill. The more pills you miss and the more times you have unprotected sex...the more your chances increase for pregnancy.
You would not need to take a pregnancy test if you begin your period.
Have you talked with your GYN about another type of birth control? It is easy to miss pills, but I am concerned that you are missing so many, and skipping entire months, that there are some great alternatives that you do not need to remember to take every day. There is a birth control shot (Depo Provera) that you only get once every three months! There is also a vagina ring (NuvaRing) that you insert once per week.
