There is really no true answer to WHEN you should start getting sensations of period (sore breasts, cramping and so forth) as each one of us are different. One month we can have no symptoms and other months we can have every symptom.
The only way to know if you are truly pregnant is to wait. UGHH, I know. Missing your period and then taking a pregnancy test unfortunately is the only way to really know if you are pregnant. Pregnancy symptoms and premenstrual symptoms almost mimic each other.
