It is unlikely that you are pregnant if you had sex the day before your period. You said your period was two days...is this typical for you? Was it a heavy or normal flow (more than spotting)?
It takes 10-14 days for a women to become pregnant (from ovulation to implantation), and having sex on September 18th with a period following would indicate that you were not pregnant at the time (any bleeding would also not be related to implantation or miscarriage from sex on Sept 18th).
Was September 19th when you were expecting your period?
