No I am in no pain. I have a cystocele and seen this website and thought I would ask..I seen you had answered other woman such things and didn't want to have to go to the doctor if I could get my answer here. I need to keep walking if it will cause me no harm.. I am 47 and have went through menapause and like most woman at that age I need to exercise some if possible.. Thanks for your time..
