Plan B is not the same as birth control, so any time you have unprotected sex you risk pregnancy. If you go to the Plan B website it states that it can cause breakthrough bleeding and changes in your cycle for a couple of months, but it does not continue to protect you from pregnancy.
This means you could be pregnant or it could be from the Plan B. If you do not want to raise a child you really need to use some type of contraceptive each and every time you have sex.
